PwC Russia’s Moscow office played host to a practical seminar titled "HR Update: recent developments in regulations related to employees".
We have recently seen several new developments in Russian employment law and its practical application, which could directly impact on employer-employee relations at many companies. Furthermore, current economic uncertainty and volatility is also influencing employers’ future plans with respect to employment relations.
Our next forum will focus on a range of matters that are particular relevant for employers. Among them, the most important issue is current court practice in regards to vacations for previous periods and medical examinations of employees.
We will also discuss changes to employment law that have already taken place, as well as amendments that employers need to prepare for.
In addition, we will touch on recent changes to migration and income tax legislation.
