The main spring IT event is traditionally held as a getaway. The three-day program includes the Conference featuring about 100 panels and round table discussions, the Exhibition and other extra activities. The participants in the RIF+CIB will be able to discuss every aspect of the Russian Internet, make new friends and business contacts as well as find new information, job opportunities, investment offers, entertainment and in-depth business analysis.

This year, the RIF+CIB Program Committee has approved the schedule of panels and presentations within the following blocks:
• General Program (events chosen directly by the Program Committee);
• Program 2.0 (presentations and panels discussions suggested and elected by the RIF+CIB participants);
• TOP Program (talk-show with CEOs and CIOs of major Russian and international companies, lectures by Russian Internet experts and international Internet gurus);
• Partner Seminars (seminars on particular products and services by the RIF+CIB partners);
• Special Program (special events, i.e. UpStart Conf – a conference for start-up businesses);
• Program+ (marketing, cultural and entertainment activities on the RIF+CIB premises).
Last year, over 7,000 visitors from 175 Russian cities took part in the three-day RIF+CIB event. They were joined by a large number of international participants from the USA, Canada, the UK, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Ireland and other countries. More than 25,000 people watched the RIF/CIB live broadcast online.
The event is organized by the Russian Association for Electronic Communications (RAEC) with the financial backing by the Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications. The strategic partner is Rostelecom.
