On 01 October, In2Matrix and Towers Watson hosted the 1st Global Employee Benefits Conference in Russia. The event was held at InterContinental hotel Moscow Tverskaya and attracted more than 140 attendees. Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI France Russie) became a strategic partner of the event.
Gerard Baltazar, Chairman & CEO of In2Matrix, Simon Gilliat, Global Head of International Consulting Group & Managing Director of CEEMEA at Towers Watson, Alexis Rodzianko, AmCham President, Roger Munnings, Chairman of the Board RBCC, Alexander Zaretski, President of Metlife and Andrea Vallachi, Director of the EMEA Region GEB shared their experiences and provided insights on local and international trends and innovative solutions in the area of employee benefits, for businesses with a current or future presence in Russia, the CIS and beyond.
The panel discussion was conducted on the topic of trends that companies are seeing in the compensation and benefits environment in Russia. The ‘Big debate’ team was represented by sponsors, clients and market experts, including representatives from City Bank, GEB, Nestle, JLL, RAO UES and MetLife.
At breakout sessions HR, finance and procurement team professionals had a unique opportunity to obtain a clear understanding of employee benefits, insurance products, pricing and benefits design, as well as practical knowledge of best market practices, tools and methods to minimize administration.
The conference was followed by an evening reception in the wonderful ‘Chekhonte’ Restaurant at InterContinental hotel. Attendees enjoyed drinks, exquisite cuisine and entertainment, as well as the opportunity to network and discuss business opportunities with their peers.
The event proved very successful, allowing participants to receive a Certificate of Attendance, which contributes to their Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
