Partner Dominique Tissot has been appointed as head of CMS, Russia’s Tax practice.

Dominique Tissot joined CMS as tax partner in 2008. In this capacity, Dominique has been advising major international and Russian companies on various aspects of cross-border investment deals, structuring of major infrastructure and M&A projects, creation of efficient holding structures, and compliance with the transfer pricing rules. In addition, Dominique specialises in advising clients on legal aspects of energy saving, energy efficiency and renewables projects.

Dominique is an author of numerous publications and a regular speaker at specialist conferences; he has been constantly cited in the major international league tables and legal directories. Moreover, he actively participates in meetings held by business associations’ committees, is a member of the Administrative Council of the Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI France Russie) and a foreign trade advisor of France.
